Karen knows the Burbank market! She always had a good idea what price houses were going to be sold. Karen helped us buy a house and sell a house. For a split second my husband and I thought about trying to sell our house without an agent. I'm SO glad we didn't! Why do us common folks always think we can be our own agents? We can't. Weird issues kept coming up in the process of selling our home and Karen would be at our house within the hour to deescalate the precarious situations. She knew exactly what to do and say so as to not escalate the situation with the neighbor. Even better than that, she ensured that we didn't lose our buyer.
We had to move before the sale was finalized and Karen made sure the mail was taken care of and grass was watered. I can't recommend Karen (and Barry!) highly enough.
